End-to-End Solution for Magnetization Automation

The core of the horn's ability to produce sound is the interaction between the magnetic field and the electric current. When the current flows through the voice coil of the horn, it will be subjected to forces in the magnetic field, which will drive the diaphragm to vibrate and eventually form sound. The strength of the magnetic field provided by the magnet will directly affect the performance of the speaker.

The core purpose of magnetization is to make horn magnets have stable and appropriate magnetic properties. It is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, through the external input of pulse current to generate instantaneous strong magnetic field, prompting the magnetic domains inside the magnet tends to regularize the arrangement, so as to achieve the enhancement of the magnetic properties.

II. Pre-magnetization preparations

Before magnetizing, you need to make sure that the magnetizing equipment is in good condition and the parameters are set to meet the requirements. JiuJu speakers have their own specifications for magnetization, so you should refer to the product manual and carefully adjust the key parameters such as magnetizing voltage, current and pulse width.

At the same time, prepare the horn unit to be magnetized, check the appearance of the speakers one by one whether there is any damage, and confirm that the voice coil is in normal working condition, so as to avoid affecting the magnetization effect due to the hidden danger in the early stage.

1. Place the JUJI horn on the magnetizing fixture to ensure accurate positioning and secure fixing of the horn and to reduce the effect of displacement on the magnetizing effect during the magnetizing process.

2. After completing the line connection between the magnetizing equipment and the horn, check the connection status again to see if it is reliable, so as to avoid abnormal magnetization or damage to the equipment caused by poor contact.

4. After the magnetization is finished, do not remove the horn immediately, need to stay for a short time to let the magnet internal magnetic domain fully stabilized. After that, carefully remove the horn, and then carry out subsequent performance testing.

After the magnetization is completed, the magnetic field strength of the speaker magnet can be tested with the help of a professional Gaussmeter to see if it meets the preset standards.

At the same time, the magnetized speaker is connected to a simple audio test circuit to play audio signals of different frequencies.
