JiuJi multi-pole magnets are innovatively designed with the double optimization of "pre-located tab + arc shape fit". The zoned magnetization process can strictly control the error of magnetic field strength of each pole of the magnet within ±2%, avoiding fluctuation of motor performance after assembly due to uneven magnetic properties of the magnet; the laser marking technology will clearly mark the polarity and model information on the surface of the magnet, which, together with the visual recognition system of the assembly line, can realize "one-second recognition and accurate alignment! ". This process combination reduces the polarity misassembly rate from the traditional 3% to below 0.1%, which strongly guarantees the assembly precision.
